History of
Partners Interventional Centre of Jamaica (PICJ)


Partners Interventional Centre of Jamaica Limited – (PICJ) is a full-service heart and vascular centre located on the second floor of the Medical Associates Hospital, 18 Tangerine Place, Kingston Jamaica. We officially opened our doors on February 8, 2018.

PICJ has a dedicated team of medical and administrative professionals that share the vision “To be a Centre of Excellence for the operation of Cardiovascular and Interventional Procedures, and to improve the cardiovascular health of patients through the provision of support and care, in a friendly and professional environment.”

Our cardiac centre features best in class technology including a state of art Catherization Laboratory. Through Our partnership with Medical Associates Hospital, we provide 24-hour emergency care for Heart Attacks, medical laboratory, and pharmaceutical services, in hospital management and other specialized services.

PICJ offers non-invasive services such as: 

  • Electrocardiogram (ECG), 
  • Echocardiogram (Echo) 
  • 24-hour ECG (Holter) Monitoring
  • Management of Hypertension

And invasive and interventional procedures including:

  • Angiogram
  • Stenting
  • Pacemaker insertion
  • Port Catheter insertion
  • IVC Filter Insertion
